Jeffrey Smith - CEO
Jeffrey Smith is the Co-Founder of Commercial Connect, LLC.  Smith has been active in the management and reorganization of the Internet for the past fifteen years which included the breakup of Network Solutions, creation of CORE and ICANN.  Smith is a founding member of CORE, he was present and active in the formation of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), and he was a founding co-owner of Afilias, LLC.  As a member of Afilias, Smith and his colleagues launched a successful bid to operate the .info registry.

Dr. Steven Locke - CIO

Dr. Steven Locke earned a quadruple-major Bachelor of the Arts degree with high honors in humanities and science from the University of Louisville, followed by post-graduate work at the University of Kentucky leading to a doctorate degree. Dr. Locke focused the early part of his career on health care issues, joining Computer Analytical Systems in 1995 as a technical consultant helping set up information technologies for rural hospitals and health care providers in central Kentucky. Since then, he has continued to work in the information technology fields, specifically Internet services and domain name registration services for Kentucky’s only domain name registrar.
